Reviewing

Submitted articles undergo additional review (peer review) of two referees by "double-blind" (anonymous) ("double-blind peer review) review and are selected on a competitive basis in connection with the plans of the journal publication. The article is sent to the reviewers of the journal after receipt and inspection of original supporting documents, checking the text on the subject of unjustified borrowing (in the "Antiplagiat").

Reviewers consider the article in the requested form on a number of criteria, including:

- Clarity of the wording of the article title, relevance of the topic, the priority themes for the journal "Bulletin of Kemerovo State University of Culture and Arts," interest in the subject of specialists and general reader;

- Compliance with the content of articles and academic requirements of the profile of the journal;

- Nature of the article (fundamental, interdisciplinary application, review, abstract);

- Scientific novelty of the problem and its solution;

- Usefulness for the practice of data, conclusions, recommendations; reliance on authoritative sources, scientific literature;

- Reliance on the empirical studies (including made by the author); related to articles published in the journal "Bulletin of Kemerovo State University of Culture and Arts";

- Respect to the requirements of article registration, preparation of summaries, keywords, and references.

The date of receipt of the article and scanned copies of the included documents is concidered in determination of the priority of publication.

At the request of the author, the extract of the conclusions of the reviewers may be provided by e-mail.

The average term of articles’ review: 2-3 months. On the acceptance or rejection of the work the author is notified at the request, by e-mail.

The editorial board reserves the right to reject articles that do not meet the requirements, or category of the magazine.

If necessary, the author, approved and planned for publication, may be issued a certificate on the relevant information.

Supporting documents to the article

In one e-mail with an article you must enclose scanned copies (only in JPG or PDF) of the following documents:

All documents must have the signature duly certified. Documents are scanned after they are fully prepared, signed and certified by a signature. Do not send the documents in Word, inserting the signature pattern in it.
