Annotation: The article examines approaches to practically oriented training based on practices of the direction “Choreographic Art.” One of the main tasks of the modern “higher education” is the preparation of a highly qualified specialist in a certain field. In our country, many institutes, universities and academies of culture are engaged in choreographic education. By now, considerable experience has been accumulated in the choreographic education at various levels: in the system of supplementary education, in the system of secondary vocational education and universities. It is substantiated that the organization and holding of joint events are aimed at the formation of professional competencies, as well as the fulfillment of labor functions necessary for demanded specialists. Attention is focused on the fact that the preparation takes into account all normative documents. The authors, using concrete examples, show the possibilities of forming the professional competencies among learners by including them in the work of an educational creative laboratory based on the faculty of choreography. The creation of such a laboratory allows us to solve several problems: introduction of innovative technologies into the system of choreographic education, creative search for new choreographic forms, integration, synthesis of two kinds of arts: choreography and theater. Conducting classes based on the laboratory allows students not only to obtain theoretical knowledge but also to develop practical skills in the main areas of choreographic activity: tutoring, pedagogy and choreography. The described model of training makes it possible to prepare a well-demanded specialist who is ready to work in cultural institutions, in accordance with the requirements of the employer and modern educational and professional standards.
Keywords: personnel training, choreographic art, professional competence, educational, industrial, pedagogical pre-diploma practice, practically oriented training.
