FORMATION OF CORPORATE CULTURE OF STUDENT COLLECTIVE TROUGH ANIMATION PROGRAMS

Annotation: Today it is pointed out there is a search for new guidelines for the organization of a quality educational process in a higher educational institution using the innovative methods of work. The actual problem of education the professionally significant qualities of the future specialist is revealed, such as discipline and diligence, social responsibility for the results of work, initiative, tolerance and sociability. There is a connection between a well-formed corporate culture and a favorable emotional and psychological climate where the students can develop and receive moral and intellectual satisfaction from the learning process. The focus is on the organization of collective creativity, based on the organization of various animation programs, which leads to a quality process of forming the corporate culture of the student collective. There is a Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the field of study 51.03.03 “Social and cultural activity” (the level of Bachelor’s degree), which is characterized by giving students a choice for those activities that will later find implementation in the professional sphere. The analysis is carried out of the content of activity of the student creative laboratory “School of Animators” which is based at the Department of Sociocultural Activity of the Orel State Institute of Culture. It provides conditions for forming the organizers competencies for the students, developing their leadership and communicative skills, and raising their professional level. It is concluded that the knowledge, experience, practical skills acquired in the preparation for animation programs will allow the student body to form its corporative culture, to rally around a single goal. The achievement of this goal is possible only if all students will support on a maximum and share key corporate values of the department and university.
