CRISIS OF AXIOSPHERE OF DOMESTIC CULTURE DURING PERESTROIKA AS “PRESENTIMENT” OF CIVIL WAR

Annotation: Relevance of the analysis is caused by unprecedented attention to a valuable subject from experts and thegeneral public in the context of identifi cation of interrelations axiosphere of domestic culture of the crisis and post-crisis periods. The purpose of the article is the analysis of a problem of valuable crisis of culture of Post-Soviet perestroika which has affected not only the course of historical events at the end of the last century, but also specifi cs of a modern axiosphere of culture. Empirical data of sociological researches and comparative characteristic of different stages of cultural development from the historical and culturological point of view are widely used. System approach allows the author to consider a Perestroika axiosphere of culture in the context of transformation of its structure at the level of social and personal values, and also political, legal, ethical, religious, economic. From the synergetic point of view the axiosphere condition of Post-Soviet culture is estimated by the author as welfare entropy which is characterized by radical change of valuable dominants. In research, the author comes to a conclusion about infl uence of axiological crisis of Perestroika culture on formation of social dissociation as one of the reasons of civil war. Besides signifi cant fl uctuations of synergetic system of values of culture of this historical period, the author reveals a stabilization factor aksiosphere of culture in the form of union of the inherent values fixed in a sociocultural phenomenon of education. In this context, values of education act as a peculiar conservative ideal which traditionally is the stabilizer of crisis states axiosphere of culture. The research can be of interest to experts in the fi eld of culturology, axiology, sociology, history, pedagogics and psychology.
