INTERACTION OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CULTURE AND LOCAL HISTORY MUSEUM IN THE CONTEXT OF MODERN APPROACHES TO THE PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION

Annotation: Modern directions of development of higher museological education and state policy in this area require that the university community regularly improve approaches to preparing not only a competent, fully erudite intellectual, but also an employer-required practice. Currently, the issues of professional competence and, at the same time, the nature of educational programs for personnel training the museum specialist are widely discussed. Today, at all levels, the requirements for the museum professional are being discussed, professional standards are being developed, work is underway to introduce them in the educational and professional activities of the museologist. The authors of the article consider specific examples of project development in the framework in various areas of training on the basis of Kemerovo State Institute of Culture for the Kemerovo Regional Museum of Local Lore. It is substantiated that, in the context of the modernization of higher education, training of museum specialists becomes effective, taking into account the modern “triple helix” model. As one of the leading museums in Kuzbass, the Kemerovo Regional Museum of Local Lore is for the creation and implementation of students’ projects aimed at preserving and updating the historical, cultural and natural heritage, which is particularly conducive to professional self-determination and professional selfadaptation, which together allow to get a professional museologist in demand in the labor market.
