POSITIVE MOTIVATION TO STUDY AS A FACTOR OF EDUCATION OF EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL TRAJECTORY OF STUDENTS OF UNIVERSITIES OF THE SPHERE OF CULTURE AND ARTS

Annotation: Modern conditions of vocational education space, both, regional and all-Russian, require implementation of an individual approach to students’ professional training. The relevance of individualization of educational process in educational organizations in the sphere of culture and arts is increased due to features of future professional activity of students of universities in this sphere. The alignment of individual learning and professional trajectory of students depends on a number of factors: external and internal. The purpose of the presented article is to justify the need to develop positive motivation to learn as one of the general factors that significantly affect the efficiency of building and implementing the educational and professional trajectory by a university student in three main areas: substantive, activity and procedural. During the analysis and generalization of the results of theoretical and applied research devoted to the study of approaches to the construction and implementation of individual educational trajectories, individual educational route for students of different levels of education: adaptive type trajectories, developmental trajectories, creative orientation trajectories, tutor support technologies and others, and also approaches to structuring the factors of building the educational and professional trajectory; it was concluded that imagery and prospects of the development problems develope positive motivation to learn in university students of culture and arts.
