INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION AND FORMATION OF CORPORATE CULTURE IN LIBRARIES

Annotation: Now the problem of interpersonal communication draws more and more attention of researchers as a factor of formation of corporate culture of the organization. The article reveals theoretical and practical aspects of interpersonal communication in the context of corporate library culture. In the article, it is noted that the corporate culture is under construction on the basis of certain behavior models which are connected with the interpersonal relations and interpersonal communication. In this work, the results of monitoring regarding the determination of level of interpersonal communication of library specialists, which included the important questions connected with professional activity, and, respectively, influencing the level of interpersonal communication in collective are presented. In a research, the effective ways of achievement of results are offered, the program is developed, and various methods of formation of interpersonal communication in modern library are proved. The problem of interpersonal communication in library is always relevant as effective communication is the key to achievement of results in professional activity. Effective communication is not only which has allowed to achieve result, but also in which the balance of relations between participants of communication has remained, all this is very important for formation of a speech ideal as the main part of communicative efforts is directed to such result. Monitoring the regional libraries regarding the determination of a level of interpersonal communication has yielded certain results for development of the system of training the specialists in this direction. By means of the questions concerning the professional activity, we have revealed the emotional atmosphere in a collective, the level of corporate culture of librarians and level of interpersonal communication.
