SOCIAL AND CULTURAL CONDITIONS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERDISCIPLINARY PROJECTS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS IN THE SPHERE OF CULTURE

Annotation: Today, the socio-cultural services market needs professional personnel able to follow the trends of modern cultural life, determine the forms and methods of transmission of the potential of the socio-cultural sphere, in accordance with the basic education received. Purpose of the study. Determining the prospects for the implementation of interdisciplinary design as a form of improving the professional level of bachelors studying in universities of culture. In the study of promising forms including the potential of socio-cultural space in the educational process of higher education institutions and mainstream practice-oriented activities, the bachelors revealed that the most popular forms are interdisciplinary educational projects that simulate real situations of professional activity and identified socio-cultural conditions for the implementation of interdisciplinary projects, qualified personnel of the socio-cultural sphere, pedagogical potential of the socio-cultural space, involvement of students in project activities, and consideration of their professional interests. An analysis of the socio-cultural sphere of the region revealed the need for personnel with a higher level of qualifications in the field of culture, socio-cultural activities and tourism. In the course of the study, an experiment was conducted to simulate professional situations for students in the areas of bachelor’s studies “Folk Artistic Culture,” “Design,” “Socio-cultural Activity” and “Tourism” in the context of interdisciplinary project-specialized tour “Photo-plein Air Competition ‘Picturesque Tanai.’” The implementation of this project allowed to the educational process include a new form of development of general professional and vocational competences of future cultural workers of Kemerovo Region in accordance with requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education, taking into account the needs of the region in training the qualified personnel in the development of priority areas of cultural policy and potential socio-cultural space of the territory.
