EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR “SPECIAL” VISITORS IN THE OMSK REGIONAL MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS NAMED AFTER M.A. VRUBEL

Annotation: The article discusses the key legislative acts relating to the relationship of the museum and the “special” (disabled) visitors, creating an accessible environment in the exhibition space; the main emerging problems in the first stages of developing proposals for different groups of persons with disabilities and ways to overcome them. The terminology used by the museum staff in the framework of the “medical” and “social” models, their correlation and causes of the terminological diversity are analyzed.
