Annotation: The article is devoted to the problems of interfacing the approximate basic educational programs of the integrated group of training areas 51.00.00 “Cultural Studies and Socio-cultural Projects.” The aim of the work is to substantiate the possibility of combining the main educational programs of higher education in an integrated group of training areas 51.00.00 “Cultural Studies and Socio-cultural Projects.” The study used the method of analysis of federal state standards of higher education and standard basic educational programs. To characterize the indicators of achievement of competencies and identify pairing the disciplines within the integrated group of training areas the method of comparative analysis of approximate educational programs was used. The revealed interrelations of approximate basic educational programs will make it possible to develop related basic professional educational programs for the group of areas of study “Cultural Studies and Socio-cultural Projects”. A unified list of basic disciplines of the State Research Institution of Culture “Cultural Studies and Socio-cultural Projects” was proposed. The selection and content of disciplines for newly created basic professional programs should be based on the basic principles contained in regulatory documents, focused on employers’ requests, development of the profession, as well as the science of training. The creation of a unified body of disciplines within the framework of the basic of the curriculum of the main professional educational program allows the continuity of training and the formation of universal competences in accordance with modern requirements of the educational standard.
