CHARACTERISTICS OF THE COMPONENTS, INDICATORS AND CRITERIA FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF THE MATURITY OF SPECIAL PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES

Annotation: The article presents the results of the scientific research performed by the author of the article on the development and approbation of a structural and functional model of developing the special professional competencies of Bachelor students specializing in the sphere of music and computer technologies. The article covers the importance of scientific and practical research of special professional competencies of Bachelor students in the dynamically developing industry of information and communication technologies of music and computer technologies. The author has analyzed the degree of scientific development of the special features of the application of the competence approach in developing the competencies of future specialists in the sphere of music education, culture and arts. For the first time there was described a complex of components characterizing in its integrity the necessary and sufficient list, scope and content of special professional competencies of Bachelor students in the sphere of music and computer activities: 1) experience (knowledge/ skills, proficiencies, algorithms of actions/communication); 2) personal qualities (motivation, values, attitudes, abilities, creativity, communication skills, mobility in thoughts and deeds); 3) personal selfhood, reflection (self-identity, self-analysis, self-control, self-evaluation, self-education, self-realization). The author presents the requirements for the procedure for developing practical tasks for the students. The criteria (the cognitive, activity-creative, communicative, reflexive ones) and indications for carrying out a diagnostic procedure to determine the level of maturity of special professional competencies of Bachelor students are characterized. The author has explored the specifics of developing special professional competencies of Bachelor students in the conditions of students’ practical training at higher educational institutions.
