PEDAGOGICAL POTENTIAL OF ETHNOCULTURAL ACTIVITY IN THE MULTINATIONAL SPACE OF THE REGION

Annotation: The article is devoted to the analysis of modern tendencies of ethnocultural activity; the peculiarities of its realization in modern sociocultural conditions of the multinational region become one of the important factors of the formation of spiritual and moral values and upbringing the younger generation. In the course of the analysis, the author considers and interrelates the general goals and tasks of several modern regulatory and legal documents regulating sociocultural and educational activities in the context of strengthening the national unity, formation and development of civil identity of children and youth of the Russian Federation. Results of the scientific analysis allow the author to draw a conclusion about the important role and status of ethnocultural activity in the direction of building the harmonious interaction between representatives of different nationalities living in the territory of one region It is the importance of ethnocultural activities in the harmonization of interethnic relations, the essence and peculiarities of organizational forms, methods and technologies that determines its pedagogical potential in work with children and young people. The ethnocultural center is the main organizational form of ethnocultural activity. The author believes that the functioning of ethnocultural centers should be subordinated to the goals and objectives of state policy in the sphere of education and culture, since it is in this case that the person-oriented and educational potential of ethnocultural activities will be maximally disclosed and realized. The article considers the main levels and directions of the activity of ethnocultural centers, as well as the forms, methods and technologies of the realization of the pedagogical potential of ethnocultural activities in real practical events.
