ACTUALIZATION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF ENTERPRISE MUSEUMS IS A SPECIFIC PHENOMENON OF SOCIOCULTURAL LIFE

Annotation: Nowadays there are a lot of enterprise museums which serves in different capacities on behalf of an enterprise. One of the cultural components of such types of museums is the enterprise’s labor glory’s history. The present day enterprise museums’ have a number of problems with naming, funding, security on the part of government. Unfortunately this is not the end of main problems. Oftentimes enterprise management does not realize cultural values and public significance of such types of the museums. It is important to understand that these museums are not only the keepers of the history’s unique documentary records of the development of specific enterprises. Such types of museums keep part of cultural heritage, labor glory and professional pride. These all demonstrate clearly the development of scientific and technical progress, evolution of scientific thoughts of the whole regions. This paper uncovers the peculiarity and uniqueness of this phenomenon through the example of such enterprises’museums as “GAZ group”, “Korpus”, “HMS Neftemash”, “Kuzbassrazrezugol” and “Prokopievskugol”. These examples help to create the possibility of beneficial cooperation, interest in development and museum security primarily on behalf of the enterprise. Useful results of these enterprises’ experience can help to solve the foresaid problems by means of personal example. First and foremost this will support enterprises’ management to create modern and highly sought museum. Actualization of enterprise museum’s labor glory is a crucial issue which is needed not only to be discussed but also to be solved. As both enterprises and the whole regions are interested in the success and development of such museums.
