"Bulletin of the Kemerovo State University of Culture and Arts" has been published since 2006 and publishes research on topical issues of culture, education, science, creativity, development
social sphere.
The journal differs from the publications of other cultural institutes of the Russian Federation by an innovative approach to the content of publications, the choice of topics, research directions, reflection of the problems of designing modern socio-cultural and information technologies, which is necessary in connection with the actualization of solving the problems of the development of research in the field of culture in the conditions of modern processes of modernization of science and education.
The journal has not only regional but also international recognition; its pages publish articles by both Russian authors and leading researchers from Serbia, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia and other countries.
