Annotation: In a modern dynamically developing and transforming society, a number of requirements are imposed on the personal qualities of a person. Among them the following should be noted: ability of a person to easily adapt to frequently changing conditions of existence and activity, ability to effectively interact with other people, readiness to solve a large amount of tasks in a limited time interval, high professionalism, presence of non-standard thinking and creativity, ability and readiness for an endless process of education The article is devoted to a relevant current problem of rising the generation socialization. The authors draw attention to component foundation socialization process approval, opening some points of view describing the philosophical, sociological, psychological and pedagogical approaches to a phenomenon of socialization. The article describes some scientists’ points of view to components of the socialization process. Gnostic, communicative, emotional, value, activity and regional components are defined as fundamental. Components’ informative filling is dealt with modern pre-school age characteristics consideration. It should be outlined that the family is the most important socialization institute for children; the authors show family potential opportunities in studying process and point out the difficulties of present-day families. Recognizing the society significant role in children preparation process for social life, the researchers speak in detail about these process positive and negative tendencies, accelerating or slowing the socialization process. Role of Nursery Children Educational Organization in efficiency achievement of socialization process is determined; the necessity of interaction between parents and teachers is founded.
