The Journal of Theoretical and Applied Research "Bulletin of the Kemerovo State University of Culture and Arts" is included in the List of Russian peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degrees of doctor and candidate of sciences in the following areas should be published: cultural studies, art history, pedagogical sciences.

The journal of theoretical and applied research "Bulletin of the Kemerovo State University of Culture and Arts" is available in electronic library systems: National digital resource "Rukont"; "ibooks.ru/ibooks.ru"; "IPRbooks", as well as in one of the largest bibliographic databases "World Cat".

Information about the journal is published annually in the international reference system for periodicals and continuing publications "Ulrich's Periodicals directory" in order to inform the world scientific community.

The journal of theoretical and applied research "Bulletin of the Kemerovo State University of Culture and Arts" is indexed in the Open Academic Journals Index and Google Scholar.

The "Bulletin of KemGUKI" is included in the scientific electronic library "CyberLeninka", built on the paradigm of open Science, the main objectives of which are the popularization of science and scientific activity, public quality control of scientific publications, the development of a modern institute of scientific review and increasing the citation of Russian science.

Currently, the main task of the journal is to promote the fundamental research of Russian scientists to the world level, their integration into the international scientific and information space.

The editorial team, the editorial board and the Kemerovo State Institute of Culture, as the publisher of the journal of theoretical and applied research “Bulletin of KemGUKI”, support a policy aimed at observing ethical principles, considering compliance with the principles of publishing (editorial) ethics as one of the main components of reviewing and publishing.

The active cooperation of the Kemerovo State Institute of Culture with Russian and foreign research institutions and educational institutions creates a favorable basis for the formation of an interregional scientific environment that ensures the socio-cultural development of Siberia, contributing to the entry of Siberia into the scientific, educational and cultural space of modern civilization.
