"Bulletin of the Kemerovo State University of Culture and Arts" has been published since 2006 and publishes research on topical issues of culture, education, science, creativity, and the development of the social sphere. Magazine  differs from the publications of other institutions of culture of the Russian Federation by an innovative approach to the choice of topics & nbsp; and the content of publications, areas of research, reflecting the problems of designing modern socio-cultural and information technologies, which is necessary in connection with the actualization of solving the problems of developing research in the field of culture in the conditions of modern processes of modernization of science and education.

The priority areas of research, the results of which are presented in the journal, are solving the problems of modern humanitarian knowledge in the context of globalization and informatization, preserving cultural heritage, strengthening the role and importance of tolerance and intercultural communications, and sustainable development of the sociocultural sphere.

Through the activities of the journal, science, the sociocultural, scientific and educational space of the institutions of the Kemerovo Region, the Siberian Federal District are integrated and developed and its inclusion in the sociocultural, scientific and educational space at the All-Russian and international level is ensured.

The magazine has not only regional, but also international recognition, on  its pages publish articles by both Russian authors and leading researchers from Serbia, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia and other countries.

"Bulletin of the Kemerovo State University of Culture and Arts" is a publication that publishes the results of theoretical and applied research in the following areas: cultural studies, pedagogical sciences and art history.

These directions are leading in the implementation of scientific activities of cultural institutions, which are of great importance for the development of educational systems of socio-cultural design, artistic practices that provide the necessary conditions for the development of the scientific and creative potential of society.
