Accompanying documents

In one e-mail with an article you must enclose scanned copies (only in JPG or PDF) of the following documents:

1. A letter of concent to the publication of the article and placing it on the Internet. The requirements to the supplementary documents:

A title of the document 

Required information 

1. Letter - agreement 

- signed by the author

- notarized by the organization (a place of work or study)

All documents must have the signature duly certified. Documents are scanned after they are fully prepared, signed and certified by a signature. Do not send the documents in Word, inserting the signature pattern in it.
